Abstract
Thioxo pyrimidine derivatives play a vital role in the preparation of antimicrobial,
antitumor, antiulcer and anticonvulsant drugs. Herein, we discussed the synthesis,
in silico studies, anti-microbial activity and anti-oxidant activity of A (1-6),
A1 (1-6) compounds. Titled compounds are non-polar. Results of biological studies
indicate that these precursors can be used as anti bacterial, antioxidant and anti
cancer agents.
